For custom or commissioned work, you will receive an email for you to approve before we will make your product. (make sure to check your spam folder) Your products will not be made without your approval.
Because we are a small business we keep limited inventory. However, we do keep plenty of material on hand so we can make your requests quickly and efficiently. In the event that we are low on material we will reach out to you to update our estimated shipping time

We have a no return/refund policy.

HOWEVER

In the unfortunate event that when your product arrives it is broken, please send multiple photos of the issue via email within in two days of receiving your item as well as a picture of the shipping label to duncanslaserengraving@outlook.com and we will do everything we can to resolve the problem.
